Ben Poch, RollKall’s CEO, co-founded the company in 2013 after a string of successes forming and serving in leadership roles in several enterprises.

By the time he entered college, Ben had already formed two companies; each leveraging technology to link consumers and clients with essential services and products.

Ben was the first sales employee of a successful digital advertising startup, ReachLocal, which went public through an IPO in 2010, during which he also received his MBA from Louisiana State University. After helping launch an internal start-up at ReachLocal, ClubLocal, Ben left to build a recommendation engine, Gab.com. Gab went on to achieve success internationally, but struggled to find traction domestically, and was subsequently sold.

Ben took his experience with franchises and national brands to Scorpion Design where he was Vice President of National Brands, a California digital advertising agency. In 2014 he was asked to join the Athos Group (formerly ISS), as their COO, and eventually their CRO.

Ben brought his innovative talents to Athos, and led the development team that created RollKall and the Officer Portal still in use by the company.  These online platforms added unique value by enabling the rapid staffing of off-duty officers for clients and providing complete transparency into officer presence, performance and safety.  The Portal also allows officers to communicate with Athos quickly and efficiently at any time, and from anywhere, they worked.  Additionally, as COO Ben also oversaw the company’s performance results and ensured Athos was providing “best in class” support to both clients and officers. During his time at Athos, the company successfully diversified its client base, increased revenue, made one major acquisition, and added to the executive leadership team.

In 2018 Ben left Athos to become CEO of RollKall full-time. RollKall successfully raised their first round of funding and made their first acquisition that same year. As the CEO of RollKall, Ben is responsible for the long-term vision and daily success of the company. He works closely with security firms, businesses, law enforcement officers, and law enforcement agencies across the country to bring order to a highly fragmented marketplace.

Ben is passionate about the values that have made him a successful business leader and entrepreneur; he is committed to being his customers’ best advocate, maximizing value through innovation and creativity, and remaining flexible to the needs and desires of those his company serves.

Ben has a Master Scuba Diver Certification and has explored reefs from Polynesia and Indonesia to the Red Sea.   He is a enjoys traveling, and he and his wife have one son.
