Jay has over a 30 year career in B2B sales & marketing and technology. He is currently leading Shasta Ventures GTM accelerator called Shasta Elevate and leading his own company, Vineify. Jay previously founded and led Spiceworks through its acquisition by J2 Global to form Spiceworks Ziff Davis. He grew from an intern to VP at Motive, participating in its IPO in 2004. Jay started his career at 3M, driving strategic initiatives through the use of technology in the early days of the Internet.
