Rafael is the co-founder and CTO of Broadcouncil. Throughout his 18-year professional career, Rafa has held positions ranging from Software Engineer at a regional telecom in Brazil to VP of Software Engineering at IAC (NASDAQ:IAC) in New York. Most recently he was Director of Software Engineering at data.world, an Austin-based venture-backed startup. Rafa brings the experience of having spearheaded, grown and turned around many technology teams, building and launching B2C, B2B and Enterprise products on the Web and mobile. Rafael has a B.S. degree in Computer Science and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Most importantly, Rafa has devoted his career to learning how people solve problems and innovate together and loves to collaborate with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
