Tango View is an NSF grant project to make remote learning and collaboration more immersive and engaging. Rather than simple face-to-face teleconferencing, the technology allows users to explore environments remotely and effectively reach through the screen to manipulate physical objects.

The technology serves as a bridge between reality and the Metaverse. AI algorithms allow for pre-captured content from the real world to feel almost indistinguishable from live interaction and exploration.
