The HELI-Lab, Hacking Entrepreneurship and Lean Innovation, is Bunker Labs Austin’s premier program for iterative business model development and continuous effort to identify product-market fit. Organized as an ongoing, interactive group “laboratory” with mentor accountability measures, participants learn to apply lean startup principles to business model generation, establish best practices and take action to build evidence-based validation through customer discovery efforts and can creatively explore product development or “pivot space”.
