Central Texas Urban Innovation: Microgrids, Blockchain, Drones, and Startups
This two-part panel discussion will begin with nationally-recognized Mayor Ross of Georgetown, Texas and Chief Innovation Officer, Kerry O’Connor. Discussion will center around microgrids, renewable energy and blockchain technology to support the homeless.
The second part of the panel will include participants from the City of Austin, Austin Energy, Aerial Applications, Verizon and Intel, and will focus on a drone pilot being developed to support public safety and grid resiliency.
