The CODE2040 Technical Applicant Prep (TAP) Retreat is a 2-day, interactive series of workshops and panels designed to prepare college students to land internships at top tech companies. Based on CODE2040’s experience working directly with CEOs, CTOs, and hiring managers from companies such as Facebook, Pandora, and Lyft, the retreat uses real world examples to provide in-depth advice on how students can get hired for a technical internship and succeed there. Participating students also get personalized career guidance from experienced tech professionals and have the opportunity to learn and practice networking skills with their peers and their local tech community.
