For example, air travel companies boast a luxurious, on time, and friendly experience when the reality is often akin to a semi-hostile cattle car with missed connections. Many major industries take an approach that feels like they don’t care about ongoing customer support once they ‘have us’. And that isn’t the right way to be.”
