Speaker Bio:
Kristen Hajduk
Kristen Hajduk leads Federal Partnerships for Golden, a startup whose mission is to build the world’s largest knowledge base. Kristen leads Golden’s efforts to enhance and optimize the U.S. Government’s tech and economic intelligence.
Prior to joining Golden, Kristen was the Director of Operations for National Security Innovation Network (NSIN). Kristen led a global team that catalyzed communities of innovators to solve national security challenges on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Kristen served a variety of Department of Defense leaders in special operations, national security strategies, force development and capability acquisitions. During this time, Kristen served as the Co-Founder of No Exceptions, a successful advocacy initiative to open all military positions to women, removing the last legal professional barrier to women in the United States. Kristen spent the first five years of her career as an academic, authoring over 20 reports on counterterrorism, nuclear verification, and defense issues.
Kristen is a fellow at the National Security Institute, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Center for New American Security, the German Marshall Fund, and the Truman National Security Project. Kristen received her Master of Public Policy degree in National Security Policy from the University of Chicago.
