Millennials don’t follow money, they follow values. Companies that emphasize the values millennials hold dear will be able to attract and retain the right talent. More than 42,257 survey respondents ages 18-25 across 100 countries took part in AIESEC’s YouthSpeak survey – which aims to “bridge the gap between young people and decision makers in order to improve societal systems and enable the potential of youth”.

At this event we will:

• Cover the key findings of the YouthSpeak survey to reveal what millennials around the world value and how they have and will continue to benefit companies in the Austin area.
• Open the floor for a round of fast-pitches. If you are an entrepreneur, small business owner, or social disruptor, we’d love to hear from you – learn more about your business and the impact you are seeking to make.
