Building and aligning a people strategy that drives business growth is a significant challenge members of our startup community and founders experience. For this event, we bring the Capital Factory community together with the experts in the people strategy field for an afternoon of networking and collaboration. Members of the Austin Association of Industrial & Organization Psychologists will join us for this event. In addition to open networking, event participants can sign up for “speed networking” for 5 minute conversations. Leadership from AAIOP will offer open comments and lunch will be served buffet style.
