THE CENTER OF GRAVITY FOR ENTREPRENEURS IN TEXAS
Transgender in Tech: Fireside Chat at Capital Factory
Celebrate National Coming Out Day at Capital Factory as we hear from leaders in Austin’s Tech & LGBTQ community discuss the transgender experience in tech.
Hear from two rockstar transgender team members and the CEO of Austin’s most inclusive & diverse workplace. Hear the personal experiences of these two team members, and participate in the discussion as we tackle tough questions for business leaders. When’s the right time to adopt gender identity and gender expression policies? To institute protocols for gender transitions? Education, compliance, dress codes, benefits . . . Lots to think about but first and foremost it’s about inclusion and respect. What’s it mean to be an ally?
