Warby Parker is presenting a symposium with Douglas Ferguson, founder, and president of Voltage Control, and Travis Weber, product design lead at Warby Parker, hosted in partnership with Capital Factory. We’ll discuss how Warby Parker uses technology and design to enhance customer’s omnichannel experience.

Travis Weber is the product design lead at Warby Parker. He plays a key role in designing and optimizing the user flow and helped the digital product team’s growth by establishing an iOS department. Travis hails from the design agencies R/GA, Huge, and Stink Studios. In his free time, you can find him painting, traveling, or fishing. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Douglas Ferguson is the founder and president of Voltage Control, a fractional CTO consultancy specializing in innovation workshops and sustainable product development. Prior to founding Voltage Control, Douglas was CTO of Twyla, a GV-backed art marketplace. At Twyla, Douglas conducted numerous Design Sprints, including several with members of GV’s design team (and authors of the book Design Sprint). Outside of work, Douglas is usually patching up his modular synthesizer, playing guitar, boxing, doing Pilates, or taking photographs. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
