Are you hiring? Look no further, Capital Factory is hosting its Job Fair on Saturday, August 3rd. One of the benefits of being involved in our community is our huge network of seasoned tech lovers, who come to Capital Factory to bridge connections with companies like yours.

Your company will have the option to opt-in on a speed-dating round of interviews before the job fair opens to the public. Capital Factory is selecting a few qualified job-seekers to participate in one hour of curated interviews— we will sift through each applicant and select the best candidates based on your needs. Participating companies will receive a curated list of interviewees ahead of the main event.

Who is this event for?

Job hunters, students seeking internships and more – essentially, those interested in connecting with potential employers.

What is the format of this event?

Attendees that applied to be matched with companies will proceed with a speed-dating round of interviews for one hour, each interview lasting around 15 minutes. Afterwards, the floor will be open to the public.

This will be an informal version of what one might see during the Dallas Startup Alley. Participants will follow a path that will give them the opportunity to visit each startup, but everyone is more than welcome to head to specific startup tables.

What table options are available for companies?

• 3′ Company Table: This option comes with a 3′ table and a sign reflecting the company name. Final table assignments will be made approximately 1 week before the event. POWER AND WIFI IS INCLUDED. Up to two staff members working table.
• 6′ Company Table: This option comes with a 6′ draped table and a sign reflecting the company name. Final table assignments will be made approximately 1 week before the event. POWER AND WIFI IS INCLUDED. Up to two staff members working table.
