At this month’s “Meetup for a Cause,” Jonathan Silk of Bridge|3 (www.bridge3.com) will be teaching us how to position ourselves online through the art of brand storytelling. Jonathan will also be speaking on how to leverage soft skills to grow a business based on his unique expertise in leadership coaching and emotional intelligence.

Stories can bring your experiences and your brand to life. Telling and hearing stories enable people to reflect on their own and others’ experiences and connect with the storyteller and brand. By articulating your own experiences and brand as stories, you help others better understand your business and the brand you represent.

Every interaction a leader has with a member of their organization has a positive or negative impact on their influence as a leader. By developing your self-awareness, you increase your ability to lead others more effectively, which results in achieving better organizational results. We will also touch on the key concepts of psychological safety and emotional connection to build cohesive, high-performing teams.

The children’s charity we will be supporting is Stand Up for Kids (www.standupforkids.org), although donations will be optional.
