Laughter Therapy With Yasmin Butt
Laughter Therapy is a Stress Management Exercise. It is 40 minutes of Continuous Laughter in a group which produces a chemical in the brain called dopamine responsible for happiness. People who regularly participate in Laughter Therapy report increased levels of happiness, life satisfaction and deep sleep.

The Support Group is a counselling community which provides group therapies for people suffering from Depression, Anxiety and Stress through Laughter Therapy, Art Therapy, Color Therapy and Guided Hypnosis. The purpose of these therapies is to encourage people to get together and share positivity with each other.
