Strategy & Planning Tools for Startups (Founders Academy Workshop in Dallas)
Startups are taught to “move fast and break things” but that doesn’t mean time spent planning and setting strategy is a waste. A totally out of control startup will eventually crash and burn. The key is to impose just the right amount of discipline to keep the machine moving at warp speed but without spinning out of control.
This supplement to the quarterly Founders Academy boot camp focuses on strategy and planning tools that are appropriate for startups. The topics covered include the following:
- Evolutionary Paths to Startup Greatness
- Tools for Planning
- Tools for Focus & Priority
- Growth & Scalability
- Tools for Assessing Progress
- Establishing a Management System
