Capital Factory is a community of founders, investors, mentors, and partners where we make introductions that matter. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at our events, in our spaces, and across our programs.
Our commitment
We are committed to a welcoming, harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience. A strong network is built on trust and respect.
Expected behavior
Be respectful and professional. Assume good intent, give credit, honor confidentiality when it’s asked of you, and help make newcomers feel welcome. Treat the space and the people in it with care.
Unacceptable behavior
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threats of any kind; unwelcome sexual attention; sharing others’ confidential information without consent; or disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct. This applies in person and online.
Reporting
If you experience or witness a violation, tell any Capital Factory team member or email conduct@capitalfactory.com. Reports are handled discreetly.
Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate, up to and including removal from an event or program and revocation of access, at our discretion.
