Meet our Speakers:

Ingrid Harb is a global advocate and International speaker from Texas who was raised in both The United Stated and Mexico. Ingrid fought through the cultural mold to create a career for herself and hundreds of women around the world. Founded the Women Ambassadors Forum in 2015 while still in college, Ingrid has since partnered with over 50 Fortune 500 Companies and created over ten global forums and local forums that have reached women from over 150 countries. Beyond conferences, Ingrid is working with Fortune 500 companies to implement employee resource groups to help benefit women employees and their career as well as create policy changes. The Women Ambassadors Forum is empowering women internationally and locally to pursue their career goals regardless of social, economic, racial or cultural background.

Desmond Dickerson is a Manager in Cognizant’s Center for the Future of Work. Leveraging his experience in digital transformation, Desmond consults clients on optimizing digital strategies that prioritize user experience and engagement. His research with the CFoW focuses on the human impact of business decisions related to technology development and deployment.Since joining Cognizant in 2015, he has worked with the Retail practice to help clients modernize their ecommerce platforms and strategies. Desmond co-founded Cognizant’s African American and Latino Affinity Group (AALG). This organizations seeks to strengthen Cognizant’s efforts in recruiting and retaining top talent from underrepresented groups and invites members to take an active part in shaping the future of Cognizant.
