Kevin founded Overmatch Materiel Advisors, LLC and Co-Founded the Texas Defense Innovation Forum to bring together his passion for National Security and desire to work inside the innovation ecosystem in Silicon Hills. As a Defense Venture Partner, Kevin connects early-stage companies on the bleeding edge with future-force technology requirements while helping Army Futures Command, Defense Innovation Unit, AFWERX, and other similar government and defense S&T organizations connect with startups.

Fidelis Risk Advisory is an Austin-based consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity risk management and translating complicated cybersecurity issues into business-speak. Luke has served as a trusted advisor supporting companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups in industries such as fintech, energy, aerospace and defense, software, legal, and telecom. Among other services, his firm focuses on executive advisory, cybersecurity risk assessments, network and application security, security program development, compliance, cloud security, and cybersecurity awareness training. Luke is a reserve Marine Corps officer with experience in information warfare within both the conventional and Special Operations communities.
